Company Timeline
1980: Noel Deasy Cars was establised.
1983: Noel Deasy Cars was awarded the Peugeot franchise to compliment the existing Alfa Romeo brand.
1986: The first new Shop was built on the commons road.
1990s. At various stages throughout the 1990s Noel Deasy Cars eyed expansion with the purchase of additional land and buildings.
1996: All-new Petrol Station and Shop and deli were built.
2000: The business moved to a 4 Acre site just off the main road to facilitate the first McDonald's drive-through on the northside of the City.
2004: The first showroom was built and in late 2005 Noel Deasy Cars awarded with the Skoda franchise by Motor Distributors.
2015: Significant expansion of the existing showroom with additional showroom space, new showroom fit out for Skoda CI.
2020: A cutting-edge 12-bay workshop on-site, purpose built and meticulously designed for the future and primed for electrification.
2021: A new modular steel structure building was erected on site. An all-encompassing state-of-the-art centre of excellence for vehicle preparation equipped with the latest advancements in car care.
2022: In response escalating electricity costs, the company made the strategic decision to explore cost reduction measures, so the company installed a new HVO generator, making the business totally self-sufficient during power outages.
2023: Part 2 in our bid towards carbon neutrality saw the company install a powerful 53kWp system resulting in a significant reduction in electricity output.
2024: The company is engaged in further expansion in the main showroom. The service reception area has also grown by 50% to better serve our customers and reduce wait times.
